At the core of Dutair turbo blowers we find one or two highly advanced compressors with turbo impellers made of aluminium, stainless steel or titanium. The direct drive by high-speed permanent magnet motors achieves its high efficiency through extensive simulations and 40 years of experience in the field of product development with PM motors. This also resulted in the unique two-stage air cooling, which means that no external fan is required. The rotor is the only rotating part that floats on an air foil bearing design with a fantastic track record.

Dutair turn-key turbo blowers include control, inverter, protection, filtering, flow measurement and communication. The turbo blower program consists of turn-key modules with one turbo blower, one turbo blower with two parallel connected pump housings, two turbo blowers and three turbo blowers in one module. All protected with fast in-house developed blow-off valves. These work on the basis of pressure difference and therefore do not require external compressed air.
